We don't charge for our guides, statement checks or business reviews. You don't give us any payment details, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Products you take up with a provider

If you take up a product or service after we introduce you, such as a payment terminal or merchant facility, you buy it from the provider directly. That provider's refund, cancellation and cooling-off terms apply. If you have trouble with a provider, email us and we will help you raise it with them.

Any future paid service

If we ever offer a paid service, we will tell you the price and the refund terms in writing before you pay.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a refund or remedy where those apply.
